Treasures have been hidden for thousands of years and many have evaded discovery so far. Why were treasures hidden so well that people can’t find them? Even those who hid the treasures would probably fail to recover them.

Solomon’s treasure has been sought for about three thousand years. Did the Babylonians or Romans or Knights Templar look and fail or did one group actually succeed? The temple of Jerusalem has many tunnels underneath, perhaps the hiding place is in an undiscovered tunnel but excavation is impossible in some areas without digging through the temple.

There is a rumour that there is a treasure under Oak Island, Nova Scotia. Perhaps the Knights Templar did find Solomon’s treasure and buried it in there but despite major excavation only minor items of various eras have been found. Another rumour is that the French hid their treasure there when the English threatened the French Fort, or perhaps a pirate buried his treasure.

Montezuma’s treasure may have been hidden when the Spanish invaded Mexico. Did it get taken by the Spanish or was it sunk in an underwater cave in New Mexico where an artificial lake now covers the area? The lake is populated by unusual fish that only exist in the southern Mexico area. When divers attempted to get into the cave their breathing apparatus continually failed, so they gave up. A Mexican man in ancient clothes was seen on a distant hill and mysteriously disappeared. Was he a ghost issuing a warning from a curse?

Nazi treasure has been sought in Polish mountain tunnels but not found yet.

The Japanese Emperor’s treasure is also rumoured to be buried in the Philippines, but undiscovered.

It's about time that some of these treasures are found.
