After most reports of UFOs or alien sightings the viewer is visited surprisingly promptly by two (invariably) men smartly dressed in black suits with black hat and shoes and carrying a briefcase. They use threatening language and tell the person never to speak about the sighting. The men have been described as having a pasty, plastic face with no eyebrows or hair and have red lips. On one occasion one man wiped his lips which removed the lipstick onto his hand and showed that he had no mouth. However, this face appearance could be achieved by a human wearing a tight, transparent covering, like criminals wearing a stocking.
They confiscate all documents, photos and objects while large objects are taken away by military personnel under CIA direction.
They also often walk in a jerky way and their language is hesitant and unemotional. One report said that their eyes were black. This all gives the impression that they are aliens, but could be CIA officers putting on an act. Are they aliens?
