Could centrifugal force applied to a high-mass element create an anti-gravity effect? It is rumoured that Nazi scientists were experimenting this method by spinning counter-rotating discs of mercury in “The Bell” or “Di Glocke.”

Some reports state that UFOs rotate visibly slowly. Is this related to the propulsion method? A slow rotation still hardly enough, but perhaps it's the result of a greater spin internally which affect the outer body.
