President Eisenhower’s meeting(s) with aliens

Aliens met President Eisenhower on three occasions.
Rumours report that President Eisenhower met aliens three times, once at Holm Air Base, to agree a deal with aliens that they could study some humans provided that they are returned alive, in return for advanced technology. He is known to have left a holiday home suddenly, apparently for a treatment of a chipped tooth, but the main reason was rumoured to be to meet aliens.

If Eisenhower did meet aliens, there must have been other people who set up the meetings or just witnessed them. Why hasn’t anyone come forward to confirm this?
The recording of alleged meeting at Holm Air Base was promised to a film director to use in a film to support Nixon’s presidential campaign, but at the last moment the transport of the recording was cancelled so the film was issued as a general UFO film.
President Eisenhower’s memo Mandate 0463 to US Department of Defense below states “Under no circumstances are the general public or public press to learn about the existence of these entities, the official government policy is that these creatures do not exist.”
Eisenhower's great-granddaughter is convinced that at least one meeting took place to agree some sort of deal with them.
