Injury to humans by aliens

Injury to humans by aliens is very rare in our three-dimensional space, but possibly frequent to animals. However, injury to humans in abductions (possibly in another dimension) is frequent.
There are reports of aliens killing human military people in underground tunnel construction under Dolce base and of a UFO firing at a Soviet military jet at the same time that the jet fired a missile. Both craft crashed and the Soviet military recovered the UFO and aliens (one was still alive).
Is this lack of injury to humans (apart from medical examination) a sign that they don't have any malice or desire to attempt to dominate the Earth nor to exterminate humans?
