Alien bodies and autopsies with photos

There are reports that aliens were retrieved from UFO crashes and subject to autopsies which showed that they had no stomach, genitals or (most?) other internal organs but did have a respiration system.

How did this work? How did it create energy for muscles?

No official evidence has been published about autopsies, so they must be a hoax.
