Biological material arrived from comets and asteroids

There is evidence that biological material arrived from comets and asteroids. or from meteorites from Mars.

One piece of material was described as a thin titanium ball with bacterial matter inside. Was this manufactured or did it grow in space naturally?

Does this mean that life originated from space, not a natural creation on an isolated Earth?
